Oppo’s new budget phone A16 has been in rumors for a long time and now finally we have the details regarding its specifications and design. The phone has been launched in the Indonesian market recently with the price tag of IDR 1,999,000, which comes equal to Rs 10,000 in Indian value. The price is for the base variant of the phone which comes with 3GB/32GB configurations. The phone as expected runs on the Mediatek G35 processor which is one of the most commonly used chipsets in the budget category phones.
The phone will also be loaded with ColorOS 11.1 based on the Android 11 operating system. The main focus has been given to the battery life where it has a 5,000 mAh battery along with various power modes that can be used to extend the battery life even further. The phone comes with a 6.52-inch HD+ screen and has a 60Hz refresh rate as well. The phone has an 8MP selfie camera along with a triple camera setup on the rear which is equipped with a 13MP primary sensor along with two 2MP sensors for macro and mono.
The phone comes in three different color options of Pearl Blue, Space Silver, and Crystal Black. The phone has no confirmed date for global launch or for the launch in the Indian market but it is expected that it will be launched in the international market in the next couple of months. Before that, let’s wait to see if the international version in the different markets will have any kind of variations in the smartphone or not.
