Xiaomi is all set to release the Mi 10i in India on January 5 in a distinct Pacific Sunrise color and has been teased on the Mi.com website. The phone will be yet another entry in the Mi 10 series and will be a lighter version of the ongoing premium flagship series. The phone was confirmed to launch in India by Xiaomi India Managing Director Manu Kumar Jain. The phone will also be coming with a brand new sensor that has not been used in any other phone yet.
The new senor would also include new customizations for the Indian users. The phone is said to be a rebranded version of Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G, which was launched in the month of November in China. The phone is expected to come in two variants with a RAM configuration of 6GB and 8GB, including 128GB storage in both. The phone is also going to launch with a quad-camera setup including the 108MP camera sensor. The phone is 5G enabled and will be powered using the Snapdragon 750G SoC.
The phone is also expected to be fueled by the same battery capacity of 4,820 mAH along with fast charging support. The phone has a 6.67-inch full-HD (1,080×2,400 pixels) display. The phone is expected to launch in the 25,000-30,000 range in the Indian market and would work as a perfect middle range option for people who are looking for something in the Mi 10 series. The phone will launch on January 5, but there is no confirmation if the phone will be available immediately for sale.
