Vivo V20(2021 edition) has been spotted on Geekbench, revealing a lot of details about the specs of the smartphone. The handset has now been certified by multiple regulators and can soon see the launch in January next year. The model listed on GeekBench was running on Android 11, which is also expected to be a part of the final handset at the time of launch. The phone is expected to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 675, which was listed as SM6150 on Geekbench, which is the name for the same chipset.
This would be a refreshed version of the Vivo V20 model and is expected to launch in India soon. The handset was listed on Geekbench with model number V2040, with 8GB RAM. The phone scored 553 points on single-core and 1,765 points on multi-core tests. For now, the Geekbench details do not reveal any other information about the smartphone. The Vivo V20(2020) smartphone was launched in the month of October this year, and the new version is expected to be the successor with many new improvements in the phone.
Reports also suggest that the company might power the phone with the new Snapdragon 700-series SoC and would come with a Full HD+ display. However, some features like flash charge support, 64MP camera sensor, AMOLED display are some features that we will continue to see in the 2021 edition as well. For now, the company has not revealed any official confirmation on the phone and it is expected that they might go for an early launch this year.
