Sennheiser has recently released their new headphones in India, the Sennheiser HD 560S. The premium headphones are priced at Rs 18,990 and will be a direct competitor to headphones like V-MODA Crossfade 2 Wireless, Sony WH-XB900N, and more. The Sennheiser HD 560S has been specifically created for pro users who like to understand and hear all the tunes, even the slightest of them, from the recording studio to sound files. The headphones can also be used to see how a track is meant to be heard rather than providing an AI-powered music experience.
As per the official statement from Kapil Gulati, the Director of Consumer Segment in Sennheiser, “These audiophile headphones meet Sennheiser’s criteria for exceptional performance and will be a perfect companion for those who evaluate a recording’s entire journey through the audio path.” The Sennheiser HD 560S are tuned and made for accuracy and offered A/B comparisons of mixes, sources, and media format. The headphone’s open-back ear-cup design provides a natural expansion of sound waves while being angled in alignment recreates the optimal triangular listening position of loudspeakers for a wide, articulate sound-stage — without the need for room treatment.
The headphones provide a frequency from 6Hz to 38kHz and smooth low-frequency extension. The headphones are also equipped with a detachable 3-meter cable and 6.3 mm jack and a 3.5 mm adapter with 15cm lead. The headphones might be on the higher side when it comes to price, but the kind of sound quality it provides is definitely worth the price.
