Redmi has finally launched their new set of Smart TVs in the Indian market with a 32-inch and 43-inch screen size. Smart TVs have been launched under the affordable segment and bring a lot of features from the company like Xiaomi’s in-house Vivid Picture Engine, Android TV 11, and Dolby Audio support as well. The TV has been launched at a price tag of Rs 15,999 for the 32-inch version and Rs 25,999 for the 43-inch version. However, the price is expected to go down even further as the company is planning to offer the TV under the Diwali sale at a much lower price with a discount.
It will be sold across all the channels like Amazon, the company website, and offline retailers. While the 43-inch TV is Full HD, the 32-inch variant is HD Ready with 178-degree viewing angles and the Vivid Picture Engine, which is Xiaomi’s own technology. Another feature that the company claims is the first in the segment is custom picture control, for more granular control over the settings. The TV would also be equipped with 20W speakers with support for Dolby Audio.
The TV would have similar hardware specifications on the inside which are 4-core MediaTek A35 CPU paired with Mali G31 GPU, 1GB RAM, and 8GB storage. Both the variants will run Xiaomi’s Patchwall 4.0 and will also switch to Android 11 stock TV. It also has the support for Google Voice Assistant and comes with a bundled remote. For mirroring the screens on the TV, you will get Miracast support. It will support dual-band Wi-Fi and have two USB 2.0 ports, an Ethernet port, a 3.5mm jack, and Bluetooth 5.0 connective as well.
