Xiaomi is going to launch their Redmi Note 11 series on October 28 in China and since the news has been confirmed by the company, new leaks about the phone are coming up every day. It is already confirmed that the company is going to launch three variants which will be Redmi Note 11, Redmi Note 11 Pro, and the Redmi Note 11 Pro+. Out of the three variants, the Note 11 Pro+ will possibly come with 120W fast charging support which was only available in the premium flagship from Xiaomi until now.
The company has already teased the audience with the teaser of how the phone looks and the kind of memory configurations that will be available once it is launched. It is also expected that the company would release the phone in a new purple avatar, which is also called “Time is Quiet Purple.” The smartphone will include a 120Hz refresh rate, however, it is not confirmed if it will be a feature for all variants or just the top variant. Along with a higher refresh rate, the display is expected to be AMOLED with a 360 Hz sampling rate and DCI-P3 color space coverage.
Overall, the display on the smartphone seems to be a huge upgrade from the previous generation. There was a leak on the internet which speculated the price of the smartphone to start from $187 or CNY 1,199. It is almost confirmed that the smartphones will come with Dimensity processors which will include Dimensity 810, Dimensity 920, and Dimensity 1200. More details will be revealed at the launch event on October 28.
