Redmi has recently launched Smart TV X in the Chinese market and will start at a price tag of CNY 2,999, which comes around Rs 35,000 in India. The latest range of smart TV from the company comes with powerful performance, a large screen size, and amazing display quality. The TV comes with a 120Hz refresh rate, MEMC, 4K, and Dolby Atmos support. The 55-inch version has been priced at CNY 2,999, while the 65-inch version has been priced at CNY 3,999.

Both the variants are being offered in the black color panels for now. The Redmi Smart TV X has an Ultra HD display with a grey time response of 6.5ms. Both the variants come equipped with FreeSync Premium and Dolby Vision. It is powered using the Mediatek MTK 950 chipset and also has 32GB of internal memory and 3GB of RAM for good performance. In terms of audio, the smart TV comes with four built-in speakers which support Dolby Atmos and have two ducts and a sealed box with two 0.38L large sound cavities with a max output of 2×12.5W.

Since it is powered by a Mediatek chipset, it also supports Mediatek AI-PQ and AI-AQ pictures. In terms of connectivity, it has an HDMI 2.1 port, AV port, USB ports, and HDMI 2.0 port. It also comes with a S/PDIF port, an RJ-45 port, and ATV/ DTMB port. The TV also comes with four built-in microphones for far-field voice support. Overall, the TV offers great features in the price segment it has been placed. There is currently no word on when the TV will be launched in other countries like India, but we can expect that it might take a couple of months before that happens.
