Redmi is going to launch the Redmi 10 Prime in India on September 3 and alongside it will also be launching their new True Wireless Earbuds. The name of the earbuds has not been revealed yet, but the official teaser shows an egg-shaped case with the TWS with an in-ear design. The design of the TWS looks very similar to the Galaxy earbuds from Samsung. As per the speculation online, these could possibly be the third version of Redmi AirDots.
The AirDots 3 was launched in China earlier this year and it is possible that it will be launched in the Indian market now. The teaser for the same was sent out by their official social media channels and confirmed that it will launch on the same date as Redmi 10 Prime. The earbuds will be powered using a Qualcomm chipset and will support aptX Adaptive codec for improved sound and low latency. It will support Bluetooth 5.2 and will also have dual drivers for better output.
One of the best features expected from the new TWS is the 30 hours of battery life along with the case, which would make it a great offering in its segment. It will be splash and sweat proof and will come with touch controls as well. The TWS will also have support for voice assistants and Quick Pair technology. Another change that will be noticed in the new TWS is the adding of a USB-C port for faster-charging speeds.
