Xiaomi is soon going to launch the Redmi 10 smartphone in the budget category. The images of the smartphone have already been leaked online even before its official launch. Now more details about the phone have started appearing on the internet and on different e-commerce sites. It states that the smartphone will come with a Mediatek Helio G88 processor and a 5,000 mAh battery. The processor is better than what most of the companies use in their budget mid-range smartphone.
It does seem like Xiaomi is again going to provide a value for money product in this category. The leaked details also confirm that the phone will run on Android 11 out of the box and have a 6.5-inch full HD+ screen that will also come with Gorilla Glass 3 protection and a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone can come in different variants, but the confirmed variant in the leaks comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of memory onboard. The phone will come with a quad-camera setup as per the leaked images, which will house the 50 MP primary camera sensor from Sony and an 8MP selfie camera sensor for selfies.
The phone will also support 18W fast charging and will come with a USB-C charging port. The phone follows the same design patterns that can be seen in the Redmi Note 10 series and will have a big camera module on the rear. Xiaomi has still not confirmed the launch date, but the phone is expected to be launched by the end of this month or early September.
