Nokia G50 accidentally leaked on Instagram before the announcement

Nokia has been launching a lot of new smartphones this year and has been expanding the offerings in the market for users in every segment. As per new leaked details, HMD global might be ready to launch yet another smartphone, which might also be one of the cheapest 5G smartphones from them. The leaked details are for Nokia G50 which will be the next smartphone from Nokia in the affordable segment. It will also be the first smartphone that will be offering 5G connectivity in the G series.

There was a post on Nokia Mobile France’s Instagram page that mentioned Nokia G50 and some context about it. Although it was accidental, it was noticed by a lot of Instagram users. The post was later removed from the account immediately. The image in the post gives a clear picture of the design and look of the smartphone. The smartphone seems to have a very similar design to Nokia G20 and seems to come with a polycarbonate body as per the images.

The phone also seems to have a teardrop notch in the front display which holds the camera. The back has the Nokia branding and a triple camera setup with flash in a round camera unit. For now, the post displayed two color options which are Blue and Midnight Sun. The phone is expected to come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 with 5G capabilities. It will cost somewhere around Rs 11,000 and will come with a 4GB RAM option and multiple storage variants.
