It seems that Xiaomi is all set to launch the new Redmi Note series in a couple of weeks as the details are already coming up for these phones. A few hours ago, two new Redmi Note phones with model number M2007J22C and M2007J17C were spotted in the 3C database of China. The M2007J17C is expected to be the Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite with 108 primary camera sensor, while M2007J22C comes with a global variant, coded as M2007J22G, which has received the approval from European Economic Commission authority.
The leaks for the phone were available in September, which shows a lot about the design of the phone. The design shows that the phone has an upper-left corner positioned punch-hole. The phone is said to be equipped with a 2.4GHz octa-core processor and 8 GB of RAM. It is expected that these handsets will be using the new Dimensity 800U chipsets from Mediatek, offering 5G band support to the smartphones. The smartphones were also found to be running on Android 10, with MIUI 12.
More design leaks show that the phone has a round-shaped camera module and will have a 48MP triple camera setup on the rear. Now, the 3C listing does confirm that the phone is going to be a 5G supportive phone and will also support 22.5W fast charging. It has also got an MIIT certification in China and will soon be certified by TENAA. Redmi will soon launch the Redmi K30S on November 1 and soon after that, we can see the announcement of the new Redmi Note series.
