Google has been trying to expand its market for Nest devices for a long time, and in the same effort, the company has now expanded the Nest Audio availability to the US, Canada, and India. Nest Audio would be the successor to the existing Google Home smart speaker and will cost only $99 from Google Store. The device will be made available in 21 countries on October 5. The New Nest Audio was launched a few days back and was really appreciated for the low cost and the color options available in it.
The device comes with a single tone design and it makes the device looks very sleek. The device can be placed either vertically or horizontally, and it has been designed to draw as little attention as possible, due to its subtle design. The Nest Audio has a better and larger driver than the Google Home smart speaker and it can pick up even whispered voice tones near to it. The speaker is much more stronger in the bass, almost by 50% and more louder as well. It is powered by a 19mm tweeter and 75mm mid-woofer.
The new speaker also comes with Google’s Ambient EQ that adapts the sound based on how loud the background noise is at your house. The five colors in which the device will be available in 21 countries are Sage, Sand, Sky, Chalk, Charcoal. Alongside this, the company has also launched other products like Chromecast with Google TV and popular smartphones Pixel 5 and Pixel 4a 5G.
