Apple removes third-party products from its stores, hinting at a new audio product launch in the event.

It was known for a long time that Apple has been working on multiple new products that are still under development from the company and they can soon see the launch lights in the coming days. Recently, it was noticed that Apple has stopped selling headphones and wireless speakers for rival companies like Sonos Inc., Bose Corp., and Logitech International SA. It clearly states that Apple is all prepared to sell its own product instead of these.

Apple has been selling the hardware from other companies for a long time as it has one of the best e-commerce platforms in the world. However, Apple made a decision to stop selling these hardware devices, due to which the products disappeared from the website at the end of last month. It’s not just the online portal, but the company has stopped selling the products even in their physical Apple stores. The move clearly indicates that Apple is now ready to launch its audio devices to the world, which one can expect to see in the event of the iPhone 12 launch that is due on October 13.

It is expected that the company will be launching a new over-the-ear headphone and a smaller version of the HomePad Smart Speaker in the same event. It is not the first time this has happened. Apple stopped selling Fitbit in their stores before the launch of the Apple Watch. Currently, the only headphones one can buy from Apple directly are the AirPods and AirPods Pro, and products from its Beats subsidiary.
