After launching Windows 11 operating system, Microsoft has made it clear that there will be a lot of changes in the Windows operating system from this version. One of the biggest changes that the company has announced is that the operating system will only have one major version update every year instead of multiple smaller updates. The same was two major version updates for Windows 10 in a year and it has been decreased down further.
However, there is no update from Microsoft on what will happen if a bug arises or there is a need for an update. The second Windows 10 version update is due with the launch of the Windows 11 operating system and that is when users will be able to get hands-on experience on Windows 11. Microsoft has also confirmed that Windows 10 users can directly download and install the Windows 11 operating system when it is made available, which will be supported for the next two or three years, depending on the version.
Once the support period is over, the users will have to upgrade their system. Windows 11 has a lot of different design changes and function changes which makes it a lot easier for the users. Although it is still in the testing phase, it will soon be launched in a couple of months as the public version. However, the decision of adding only one version update in a year could be better for the operating system as it would lead to less bugs and issues during the year.
